Shipping Policy
Lead times:
Once your order is confirmed, it will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Carriers:
All international orders are shipped by FedEx. Roaming Horizons will not be held responsible for any delays caused by customs in your country.
Orders in South Africa are sent via The Courier Guy.
Import Duties and Taxes
When placing an order, please note that import duties, taxes, and other customs-related fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are typically calculated on the total landed cost, which includes the product's value, shipping fees, and any insurance costs.
The responsibility for paying these fees lies with the customer, and they are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost displayed at checkout. For further details, please contact your local customs office.
Order tracking:
A waybill tracking number will be generated once your order is collected. The waybill tracking will be provided to you by way of email. Track the location and status of your order using this waybill number on the Fedex (international shipping) or Courier Guy (local shipping) websites. It is the responsibility of the client to track their package and make contact with their customs office should there be a delay at customs.
